Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read carefully our policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (e.g. jewelry, underwear) for hygiene reasons

  • Custom or made-to-order items


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, email:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)


5. Return Shipping

  • Singapore: customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective

  • International: all return shipping costs are borne by the customer

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
